

Our Anxiety & Stress Support groups give youth a structured place to talk about worry, school pressure, friendship drama, and family stress with peers who truly relate. We blend peer anxiety support groups in Las Vegas with practical instruction so youth do more than vent - they practice tools they can rely on.
Each session includes simple mindfulness exercises, movement or art activities, and guided discussion. We show youth how stress affects the body, then rehearse specific strategies like breathing, grounding, and positive self-talk. Because anxiety and sadness often overlap, families may combine this group with our depression peer group, a safe space where youth share experiences and learn positive strategies for managing depression.
For children experiencing family instability or change, our family challenges support group offers resilience-building peer support that connects closely with these anxiety and stress sessions. Together, these Las Vegas youth programs help young people build youth emotional resilience in a warm, nonjudgmental environment.
